Throughout my life I’ve suffered from constipation. It’s been pretty hard dealing with the pain of constipation and the feeling of being bloated. I’m writing this review to hopefully help those out that are having the same issues.

I was happy not to have to take a powdered supplement. Those are very hard to swallow and have a terrible taste, instead I started taking a couple of capsules per day with plenty of water. By the third day I started feeling my stomach more comfortable, it felt literally like a huge weight had been lifted off of me. I felt less painful gas after eating and was able to begin taking regular trips to the restroom.

After a few weeks I found that I had lost some weight! This was an extremely happy event for me. I had been carrying and extra little pouch in my front, which never went totally away. I finally began to see this little pouch disappear. I was able to start wearing my old pants that had become to tight on me. So far I have lost 10 pounds, most of it in my tummy area.

Isn’t there anything bad about this product? I could imagine that some people might complain about having to go to the bathroom so often. It’s not for those that are expecting a super gentle cleanse.
